I’m really sorry about the delay and completely understand the frustration, especially with the shipment being in transit for this long without progress.
I’ve checked the tracking and while it does show a delay, the last update was over a month ago, which is definitely not acceptable. At this point, we can assume the package may be lost. I’ve already reached out to our warehouse to have them contact UPS to see if the shipment can still be located.
I’ll also be reaching out to you directly via your support request so we can get you a solution to move forward, whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
