I’m really sorry to hear about your experience with the import costs. The shipping fee you paid to us only covers the actual shipment by the courier, you paid ₹2,000.00 INR for shipping from the Netherlands to India. Unfortunately, the high import duties and taxes charged by customs in India are entirely outside of our control. We definitely understand how frustrating and discouraging that can feel.
For any future purchases you make from outside of India, I'd recommend to read your country's import policy page to prevent any future disappointing surprises.
